Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is considering re-signing Lyon striker Mariano Diaz.
Sold to OL this summer, Mariano has been superb for the French giants since his arrival.
Don Balon says Perez has discussed buying back Mariano with coach Zinedine Zidane and they're both in agreement.
Zidane said, "I'm not surprised what he's doing, I'm very happy for him, I've been with him as coach, especially in Castilla, I know his qualities and I'm not surprised.
"I am happy, our president has a good relationship with Olympique de Lyon and we are all happy, I am not sad to let him go, I needed him to play more and the interesting thing is that he is improving."
While there's no buy-back option in Mariano's contract, Perez is confident of negotiating a deal with OL thanks to their strong relationship.
