Real Madrid president Florentino Perez isn't giving up on securing Cristiano Ronaldo to a new contract. Talk of Ronaldo resisting any new offer from Real has sparked the interest of Manchester United, Manchester City and PSG.

But ABC says Florentino hopes to change Ronaldo's mind by agreeing to match the new €16 million (including bonuses) salary of Lionel Messi at Barcelona.

Ronaldo's final demand made in September was for €12 million-a-year.

Real's new offer will be broken down as €11.8 million-a-year rising to €16 million based on bonuses.
