Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is willing to make a swap offer for Chelsea ace Eden Hazard next month.

Okdiario says Real Madrid are back in the market for Chelsea star Hazard - and could use Isco as bait to get him.

The Spanish giants are considering sacrificing the attacking midfielder in a cash-plus-player deal to bring Hazard to the Bernabeu.

Perez is prepared to see Isco sold after his blow up with fans this week.

That deal would not be wholly different to the one which saw Thibaut Courtois join for £31m in the summer along with Mateo Kovacic heading to west London on a season-long loan.
