Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has told Manchester United they can buy Cristiano Ronaldo this summer - for his buyout clause.

The four-time Ballon d'Or-winner is believed to want to leave the Bernabeu following a traumatic summer.

And, speaking about the reports for the first time since they emerged, Perez told Onda Cero: “I haven't spoken to Cristiano since the Champions League final — I heard the rumours through the media.

“But, his contract is £880m.

“So, unless a club is ready to pay that, he won't be leaving."
