Real Madrid president Florentino Perez admits Carlo Ancelotti would be an ideal coach. The PSG boss is Real's top target, but is battling to gain a release from his contract.

"At this point we need a coach who really knows us and the Italian Carlo Ancelotti knows us because for four years ago I've tried to sign him and could not.

"If he thinks PSG will let him leave, we are happy, and if not, so be it, but I think this issue won't last long," said Perez.
