Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has a shortlist of alternatives should he fail to land PSG coach Carlo Ancelotti.

For the moment, PSG are holding Ancelotti to his contract, despite the Italian informing them he wanted out.

Punto Pelota says Perez has confirmed he's sent GM Jose Angel Sanchez to Paris to accelerate negotiations.

However, if the deal falls through, Perez will fall back on his shortlist of rival candidates: Juup Heynckes (Bayern Munich), André Villas Boas (Tottenham), Joachim Low (Germany), Rafa Benitez (Chelsea) and Michael Laudrup (Swansea City).
