Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is going cold on Bayern Munich star Franck Ribery.

Sport says Ribery's injury problems this season have concerned Perez, who watched from afar last season's problems involving Arjen Robben.

Perez wants Ribery to be given the once over by Real's medical staff before he begins any serious discussions about a price with Bayern.
