Real Madrid are closing in on striker transfer targets Sergio Aguero and Fernando Llorente. Sport says Real president Florentino Perez intends to buy both Athletic Bilbao centre-forward Llorente and Atletico Madrid ace Aguero for next season.

Presidents from both clubs have gone public with their insistence that Florentino has assured them he is not after either of their players.

But given the way the Madrid press is pushing for both deals, it's claimed in this case where there's smoke there's fire.

Llorente has even been photographed at functions and at youth games in proximity to high level Real officials. While the decision to drop Aguero's buyout clause to €45 million is seen to as prelude to a move to Real.
