Real Madrid president Florentino faces Isco dilemma after rumbling Man City talks

Manchester City are locked in talks with Real Madrid midfielder Isco.

Despite his impressive performance for victory over PSG last week, Isco continues to lean towards leaving Real at the end of this season. The midfielder is convinced he'll never secure automatic first-choice status.

Diario Gol says Isco instructed his agent this month to begin sounding out interested clubs about a summer move - and it is City which have shown the most enthusiasm.

Indeed, word has reached Real president Florentino Perez that a City delegation were in Madrid last week. A dinner meeting in a high profile restaurant was held between the City party and Isco's representatives - though the player was not present.

Perez knows Isco is now trying to engineer a move away and faces the decision to whether agree to sell - or keep him and go against Cristiano Ronaldo and coach Zinedine Zidane. Both men will shed few tears should Isco be sold at season's end.
