Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is convinced he has a deal for Tottenham striker Harry Kane.
Perez has been working on Kane's signing for much of the season - and is in advanced negotiations with the player's minders about a summer move to Madrid.
Don Balon says Perez knows Spurs will demand near €200m to sell Kane and aims to drive down the cash valuation by offering Gareth Bale in part exchange.
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy made an attempt for Bale in January and Perez is counting on that interest to set up a deal for Kane.
The Real president intends to offer Bale plus €100m cash for the England international - and is confident of striking an agreement. Indeed so much so, that Kane has been assured he will get the Real No9 shirt with the sale of Karim Benzema disclosed to his minders.
