Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has settled on Germany coach Joachim Low to succeed Zinedine Zidane.
Despite their run to the Champions League quarterfinals and improved LaLiga form, Perez accepts Zidane's time in charge has run it's course.
Diario Gol says both men are agreed it is time to part ways, with Zidane planning to return home to France this summer.
In the meantime, Perez has already settled on Low as his prime choice to replace Zidane.
Talks with the German are already at such a stage where Low has put on the table a shortlist of players he'd like to see signed: Neymar (PSG), Harry Kane (Tottenham), Eden Hazard (Chelsea) and Paulo Dybala (Juventus).
A new goalkeeper, two defenders and a midfielder have also been suggested firmly by Low. And he has demanded both Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema be sold, convinced they're now past their peak.
With some minor adjustments, Perez has assured Low they're both on the same page.
