Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon has shrugged off his failure to land Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo this summer, insisting he was satisfied with their market work.
"He (Ronaldo) is a player from another club that does not want to sell. There are many clubs who want our players and we also do not sell. This is football, it was an issue between the player and his club.
"He said he wanted to play with us and was proud about it, but his club did not want to sell him."
