Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon is handing sports director Pedja Mijatovic a healthy summer transfer budget.
AS says Mijatovic will have £40 million to spend in the close-season after he and offsider Carlos Griffon met with Calderon earlier this week.
Real's top three transfer targets are Ajax striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar, Werder Bremen midfielder Diego and Racing Santander defender Martin Caceres.
