Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon has sought to clarify comments made about ending his pursuit of AC Milan ace Kaka.
Last month, Calderon declared he wasn't interested in Kaka because he believed the Brazilian wouldn't find a place in Bernd Schuster's current first team.
However, the Real supremo said last night: "I am now not signing any galacticos. I was criticized because I said that I would not have Kaka in the team, but what I wanted to convey is the confidence that we all have in this side, any change would be bad.
"The 25 players are 25 reasons for this club to be proud."
