Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon has launched an extraordinary attack on predecessor Florentino Perez.
Calderon took issue with Perez after he gave a media conference with former Real stars Zinedine Zidane, Ronaldo and Christian Karembeu earlier this week.
Perez refused to comment on the current crisis at Real, but it still left Calderon angry and he snapped: "We've seen a very sad picture of a former president who appears only in times of crisis."
Asked if expects to be challenged by Perez in the 2010 elections, Calderon also said: "We'll see tomorrow if he appears with another player who cost millions, who wasn't actually his, but Madrid's.
"It's time Madrid was united, there's no doubt this picture does not help us."
