Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has held high level transfer strategy talks this week.
Don Balon says Perez met with coach Zinedine Zidane and GM Jose Angel Sanchez to begin planning for their 2018 shopping list.
As many as six major names were up for discussion during the summit.
In attack, Tottenham striker Harry Kane and Juventus ace Paulo Dybala were considered. The midfield will remain untouched. However, at the back Alvaro Odriozola of Real Sociedad is a target, as is Athletic Bilbao defender Aymeric Laporte.
And it was agreed Real's top two goalkeeper targets would be David de Gea (Manchester United) and Thibaut Courtois (Chelsea).
