Real Madrid are monitoring Marouane Fellaini's situation at Everton.

The Belgium international midfielder is expected to be sold in the summer and can leave to join a Champions League club for a set fee courtesy of an option in his contract.

Fellaini has been linked with Chelsea and Arsenal in recent days.

However, Real president Florentino Perez is also interested in the midfielder as they prepare for a new squad overhaul with Jose Mourinho set to depart.
