Real Madrid are lining up a swap bid for Benfica star Axel Witsel.

The Belgium international's first season in Portugal has been a huge success and is now wanted by Europe's biggest clubs.

Record says Real coach Jose Mourinho is determined to bring Witsel to Madrid this summer and is proposing a swap involving Nuri Sahin.

Sahin is not in Mou's long-term plans and he has also attracted interest from Malaga this week.
