Real Madrid offer cash, Van der Vaart for Villa ace Young
Aston Villa are prepared to sell Ashley Young to Real Madrid - for £30 million.
The Mail on Sunday says Real boss Juande Ramos was hoping to land Young in the January transfer window with a £20m offer plus Dutch midfielder Rafael van der Vaart.
But Villa boss Martin O'Neill is determined to keep 23-year-old Young and is hoping the club's valuation will put an end to Real's interest.
