Real Madrid No2 Aitor Karanka says his own future is not in doubt.

Karanka was asked if his time at the club will be tied to Jose Mourinho.

"I will talk about my own future whenever the coach decides on his own. My work is here with him and not in planning my future based on what you hear on the grapevine. The day that he declares something, I will consider my own plans."
