Real Madrid No2 Aitor Karanka is tightlipped on talk of Fernando Hierro returning to the club.

Hierro is being linked with a return after he left Malaga earlier this year as sports director.

"My relationship with Fernando is not unknown to anyone. In my role I do not make those decisions and I cannot and should not share my opinion," said Karanka.
