Martin Odegaard admits he could return to Real Madrid next season.

The Norway international joined Heerenveen in January on an extended loan, which is scheduled to run into next season.

However, after a difficult five months, Odegaard could be sent back to Real this summer.

The teenage midfielder revealed: "The plan is for me to play in Heerenveen next season, I have a contract with them next season.

"Though Real has the chance to call me back."
