Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos admits his lack of Spanish is a problem.
Kroos says he communicates with Real coach Carlo Ancelotti in English.
"Without a doubt. It is not easy when you do not understand most of your teammates and you only understand half when the coach gives talks," he said.
"So I want to keep improving my level of Spanish. Until now I did not have much time due to games, moving and other things, but many players are fluent in English, so I do not feel isolated.
"The coach gives me directions in English."
