Real Madrid midfielder Isco proud of Spain stunner

Real Madrid midfielder Isco was delighted with his goal in Spain's victory over Belarus.

Spain coach Vicente del Bosque was full of praise for Isco after his stunning effort.

"Maybe he was talking about me, and I do feel flattered, yes," said Isco.

"But I like to enjoy myself on the pitch and that's the way I play. Maybe when I was younger I tried to make everything look too beautiful, but I don't think about it; it comes from inside. That's the way I like to play and people enjoy that style of football.

"At Real Madrid I'm working to improve every day because it's difficult to get a regular place in a team like that, with so many great players. But my aim for both Real Madrid and Spain is to play the best I can to help the team and take advantage of every minute as if it were the last. I'm only 22 and hopefully there is a lot more football to come, both for Madrid and Spain."
