Real Madrid midfielder Isco is desperate to quit the club at the end of the season.

Indeed, Diario Gol says he has confessed some regret to Spain teammates that he chose to join Real ahead of Barcelona when leaving Malaga almost five years ago.

Isco is sticking close to Thiago Alcantara, of Bayern Munich, and Barca defender Gerard Pique this week and hasn't been shy in admitting he's had second thoughts about his choice.

Isco and Thiago are close and ironically the latter has been linked with a return to Barca this summer.

For his part, Isco's minders are in talks with Manchester City, as Real president Florentino Perez seeks €80m to sell.
