Real Madrid midfielder Fernando Gago would like to extend his stay at AS Roma.

Gago joined the Giallorossi on loan in August on the last day of the summer market.

"Roma has a special attraction, even if I have already played for some big clubs," he said.

"I just want to finish the season in the best possible way and then, at the end of the campaign, we'll make some conclusions.

"I would like to stay at Roma, but it doesn't just depend on me - it will be up to the club and also Real Madrid."
