Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos was delighted making his Champions League debut in victory over APOEL.
Ceballos was a second-half substitute.
"I arrived knowing what the situation was," he said to beIN. "The coach gives me confidence, I work hard in order to be able to play minutes and I hope to continue in this way.
"I'm aware that I have other players in front of me but I have come to the best club in the world."
A summer signing from Betis, the youngster appears content in his new surroundings.
"I have settled in quite well," he continued. "With such quality teammates, everything is easier."
