Real Madrid No2 Aitor Karanka says management have full confidence in Antonio Adan.

Adan is set for an extended first team run, which could include Champions League games against Manchester United, due to Iker Casillas' fractured finger.

"He knows we trust him. He played recently and had the bad luck of the suspension. Iker has been injured and he knows he's young, that he has to advance and that we trust him," said Karanka.
