Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho is considering a loan move for Raphael Varane.

The Frenchman is rated highly by Mourinho and broke into the first team last season.

Mourinho feels Varane now needs to be playing regular first team football and is prepared to send him away on-loan to accelerate his development.
