Real Madrid are considering a deal for Inter Milan fullback Douglas Maicon.

Corriere dello Sport says Inter chief Marco Branca was in Madrid on Friday to discuss selling Maicon to Real.

Inter will only consider a cash deal, while Maicon said from South Africa: "It would be nice to play for Real Madrid."
