Real Madrid legend Guti admits he's "sad" over the treatment of the Castilla by coach Jose Mourinho. The likes of Juan Mata, Alvaro Negredo, Borja Valero and Roberto Soldado have all been forced to pursue their careers away from Madrid after coming through the Castilla system.

"I'm not angry, but sad," Guti told AS.

"A team like Real Madrid has to have the identity of signing great players, the best in the world, but also to have a base from the juniors.

"Having a Spanish Real Madrid would be good for people like me who are Real Madrid through-and-through and we would identify more with the team."
