Real Madrid legend Luis Figo believes Cristiano Ronaldo deserves the Ballon d'Or.

Figo says Ronaldo's achievements this year should see him win the coveted award.

"I think Cristiano has all the conditions to win the Ballon d'Or, he is always a favourite for every single trophy, has made a great campaign in the league, the Champions League and also always scored.

"But, as is known, individual trophies are subject to individual opinion of many people and it is always difficult to know who will win," said Inter Milan ambassador Figo.
