Real Madrid are launching a bid for Napoli star Ezquiel Lavezzi.
The Argentina international is rated highly by Real directors Pedja Mijatovic and Miguel Angel Portugal.
Gazzetta dello Sport says Real are prepared to pay £30 million for Lavezzi.
Meanwhile, Napoli teammate Marek Hamsik has indicated he wants to play Champions League football next season, whether with the Azzurri or not.
