Real Madrid are making a surprise attempt for Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini.Gazzetta dello Sport says new Real coach Carlo Ancelotti wants to lure Chiellini to Madrid and is willing to offer €20 million for the Italy international.
Chiellini will also receive a four-year contract offer from Real worth €5 million-a-season.
Real have already tried - and failed - this summer with offers for Juve midfielders Paul Pogba and Arturo Vidal.
