Real Madrid goalkeeper Keylor Navas admits he hasn't enjoyed his first season with the Spanish giants.
Navas enjoyed a rare outing for victory at Espanyol on Sunday.
"That I haven't complained doesn't mean that I have enjoyed myself. I haven't, but I have never lost my enthusiasm for working and I have given everything so that when I have been handed an opportunity to play I have been able to give my all.
"Next year I hope to continue here with the same sense of calm, with desire, strength and this dream of being Real Madrid's starting goalkeeper remains in my mind."
On talk of David de Gea arriving from Manchester United, Navas insists he's unconcerned.
"These are all rumours that I don't pay any attention to; at the moment there are good goalkeepers at Real Madrid who deserve respect. My mentality will never change whoever I am competing against. I hope next year I will have the chance to play more games."
