Real Madrid are willing to include Fabio Coentrao in their offer for Napoli striker Edinson Cavani. Madrid sources say Cavani has given his approval to the move, despite rival offers from Manchester City and Chelsea.
Real are reluctant to meet the Uruguay international's €63 million buyout clause and hope to drive down the cash demands by including Coentrao in their offer.
Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis is expected to insist only on a straight cash deal.
