Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain admits he surprised himself with his four-goal performance in last night's 4-3 victory over Malaga.
The Argentine said at the final whistle: "I've never scored four goals before in a game. One always tries to do better and I'm proud to have scored so many goals and more so in the Bernabeu. It's an incredible feeling.
"I am happy with my game and above all for the team, because we suffered a lot to overcome Malaga.
"It is one of the happiest days of my life. I've dreamed of this since signing for Madrid.
"I dedicate these goals to my family and also Ruud (van Nistelrooy), who I hope gets well soon."
