Real Madrid hero Alvaro Arbeloa admits he remains no fan of Barcelona defender Gerard Pique.

Arbeloa has long exchanged barbs with the Barca icon on social media.

"I have no feelings towards him," he said on El Chiringuito.

"I would not go to lunch with him. I would go with my friends."

Arbeloa was nonetheless pleased for the Catalans to have signed up Lionel Messi to a new deal and is confident that Cristiano Ronaldo will stick around to continue LaLiga's biggest personal battle.

"We have to wait for Cristiano to speak," he insisted. "Let him take his time. I have no doubt that he will stay in Madrid.

"Messi's continuity is good for Barcelona. Together with Cristiano, he is the best."
