Real Madrid have wrecked Atletico Madrid's plans for Porto striker Radamel Falcao.
Atletico are keen on Falcao as a replacement for new Manchester City signing Sergio Aguero.
However, Diário de Notícias says Real have struck a pre-agreement with Porto for Falcao. The Colombian agreed personal terms with Real in mid-July and the only question is whether he moves to Madrid in January or next summer.
Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho rates Falcao highly and is happy with the arrangement.
Falcao penned a new deal with Porto earlier this summer, which now carries a €45 million buyout clause.
