Real Madrid are hastily preparing the Santiago Bernabeu today to unveil James Rodriguez as their latest signing. The Colombia international is joining Real from AS Monaco for a massive €80 million.
Rodriguez is due to be presented to fans and local media in the Royal Box at the Bernabeu this afternoon. The midfielder will be given the No10 shirt and sign a six-year deal worth €42 million.
More than 300 journalists are expected at the presentation.
Rodriguez will undergo a medical in the morning before meeting with president Florentino Perez, signing his contract and holding an introductory media conference.
He will then take the Bernabeu pitch in full Real kit in front of fans.
