Real Madrid are willing to offer Fernando Gago to Manchester City for Emmanuel Adebayor. Real refuse to meet City's €16 million asking price for the Togo ace, but remain interested in signing the striker after last season's loan.
To bring down the cash component, Real are offering to include Gago in their next offer.
The Argentina midfielder is not in the plans of coach Jose Mourinho, who is eager to have Adebayor available to him next season.
