Real Madrid are dropping their pursuit of Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea.
Marca says they could call off their pursuit n order to try and find a cheaper alternative.
The Spanish giants were reportedly targets for the Spanish goalkeeper in order to replace Iker Casillas as the club's long-term No.1 stopper.
But De Gea would have to become the most expensive goalkeeper in the world if he was going to make the move to the Bernabeu, meaning Madrid are assessing their options.
It is believed that they could now target Bayer Leverkusen's Bernd Leno, leaving De Gea free to sign a new deal at Old Trafford.
