Real Madrid fullback Michel Salgado admits the relationship between teammate Guti and coach Juande Ramos could be better.

"Every coach has his way of seeing things," said Salgado, "he has his way of punishing or penalising you throughout the year. It is a matter of coexistence, and going home with your family and friends.

"It has not been good (between Guti and Ramos). I think it is a misunderstanding, which you can find between a coach and a player, but it is fine. They just need to talk and fix the situation."
