Real Madrid fullback Danilo has revealed Neymar tried to convince him about moving to Barcelona.

Danilo joined Real two years ago from Porto.

"Neymar always said to me: 'You have to come here (to Barcelona)!' He wanted me to join him in Barça," explained the Brazilian to SportTV.

"But he respected my decision because he knew it was something personal. When I received the offer from Real Madrid, it was more than clear to me: I did not want to know anything about the other clubs.

"I only wanted Real Madrid."
