Real Madrid players have made an ultimatum to president Florentino Perez: It's Mourinho or us!
Marca says during their summit earlier this week, Real senior players Iker Casillas and Sergio Ramos warned Perez that many players wouldn't stick around next season if Mourinho remained in charge.
Both Casillas and Ramos declared Mourinho "the best coach we've ever worked with" and Perez was in agreement, but something has changed since the defeat to Malaga.
"He has distanced himself from the players," they told Perez, "and the players have noticed this. They're unwilling to die for him like before."
Casillas and Ramos assured Perez that spirit remained strong and the squad was committed, but he would be facing big problems in the summer if Mourinho stayed.
