Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea is again on the radar of Real Madrid. De Gea switched agents to Jorge Mendes earlier this month and El Confidencial says the Spaniard has been assured he will be offered to Real.

With Iker Casillas being axed by Real coach Jose Mourinho, who is also represented by Mendes, on Saturday, speculation has intensified that De Gea will arrive in the summer as the captain's replacement.

De Gea has only just returned to the starting XI at United, but has seen Sunderland keeper Simon Mignolet and Stoke City's Asmir Begovic linked with his job in recent weeks.
