Real Madrid insist they're not moving for Valencia striker David Villa.

The Madrid giants announced yesterday: "In relation to the information spread by some mass media on the presumed interest of this club in signing the player of Valencia CF, David Villa, Real Madrid says that, while recognizing the extraordinary quality of the mentioned player, at no time has his hiring been considered, nor, consequently, has there been contact on the matter with the soccer player or his advisors.
