Real Madrid defender Jesus Vallejo says Cristiano Ronaldo has the full support of the squad.

Ronaldo cast doubt on his future with comments after victory over Liverpool in Saturday's Champions League final.

But Vallejo insists Ronaldo's claims did not upset teammates.

"We support him in everything, we hope he has a bad day against Spain, I cannot tell you anything about his words, I was celebrating and I did not hear," said the defender.

Vallejo is currently with Spain's World Cup squad and added: "I appreciate the confidence of (coach Julen) Lopetegui for these days, I will return it to him with work."
