Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos feels let down by coach Jose Mourinho in recent days. Ramos was disappointed to be criticised publicly by Mourinho for his slack marking which led to Danny Welbeck's goal in their draw with Champions League opponents Manchester United last week.

Punto Pelota says the defender feels betrayed after he agreed with Mourinho to take charge of the locker room and demand greater loyalty to the coach, only for the Portuguese to call him out.

Ramos was further upset that neither Mourinho nor one of his coaches spoke to him after his dismissal against Rayo Vallecano.
