Real Madrid defender Pepe is seeking talks with Manchester City.

Pepe is off contract in June and haggling over new terms with Real management, where there is a belief he will leave in January.

Don Balon says Pepe's minders have offered the 33 year-old to Arsenal, Chelsea and City in recent weeks.

Pepe would welcome a move to City, where they're short of centre-half options, however the problem is manager Pep Guardiola.

Guardiola is no fan of Pepe from his days as Barcelona coach and will need some convincing to take on the veteran, no matter the problems with his defence.
